2 ounces Seedlip Garden 108 3/4 ounce simple syrup 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice 3 slices cucumber 5 mint leaves Ice cubes for shaking Cucumber ribbon or mint sprig, garnish


  1. Muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the Garden 108, simple syrup, and lime juice to the shaker. Add ice cubes.
  3. Shake and double strain into a glass.
  4. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and/or a sprig of mint.

Bar Notes

This recipe makes a small serving and best when the recipe is doubled. It is an easy recipe to adapt for a crowd and serve by the pitcher full. To make simple syrup, bring 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to a boil, stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool. May be refrigerated for 2 weeks.
