Weston Table aims to process your online order within 2 business days for all in-stock items. A confirmation email will be sent with the details of the order. All orders placed after 2PM EST will be shipped the following business day.
Occasionally, items may be oversold and we will notify you immediately. All backordered items will ship as we receive them and therefore items ordered together may be shipped separately. We will contact you if any of your items are backordered and in the event changes are needed to proceed with the order. An email detailing approximate lead times will be sent to you regarding all custom orders.
Complimentary ground shipping on orders of $250 or more with code FREESHIP (please note return policy) within the contiguous U.S. Items that ship freight or are oversized may be subject to additional shipping surcharges at checkout and are ineligible for promo code FREESHIP.
$12 ground shipping subsidized complimentary rate for items $0.01 to $249.99 and items $250 or more that do not use promo code FREESHIP. Items that ship freight or are oversized may be subject to additional shipping surcharges at checkout.
We ship internationally. Please contact customerservice@westontable.com with your address and a list of the items you are interested in to obtain a shipping quote.
Weston Table reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier and ships all orders via UPS or USPS, Monday through Friday. Weston Table is not responsible for shipping delays. The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. All P.O. Box orders will be delivered via USPS. We require a valid phone number for all orders. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
All shipments with a value of $500 or more are sent signature required. We also require a signature for orders with different billing and shipping addresses. We may also request a photo ID matching the name on the credit card used.
Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. Orders may be tracked via the link provided in your processing confirmation email.
