Born and raised in Southern California, I traveled to Massachusetts to earn a B.A. from Williams College. From a young age, my family fostered an obsession for travel. During a summer fellowship in Japan, I studied the contrast between the portrayal of women in beer advertising in the USA and Japan. From kayaking and paragliding in Switzerland, to tasting pierogi in Poland, and exploring Ireland’s Cliffs of Moher while studying abroad in the Czech Republic and trekking the Inca Trail to Machu Pichu with my family, my love of adventure has only grown.

 

As someone who works to promote girls’ education and female empowerment, I was immediately drawn to Weston Table’s strong female leadership. Weston Table’s commitment to local artisanship and sustainability aligns with my belief in the importance of purchasing with purpose. My work at Weston Table aims to share a unique marketplace with the world.

Every holiday since I could hold a pencil, my mom has asked for a handmade drawing as a gift. It is from her that I learned to appreciate the immeasurable power of art. Today, even when traveling alone, an artist's eye guides my exploration of the world. I seek beauty in everything I see. My own work aims to capture art's extraordinary ability to transform one's thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. It is my hope that—through art's transformative powers—language and cultural barriers can be bridged.

 

Weston Table combines creativity and social responsibility in an extraordinary way. I work to communicate this unique brand message through the design and development of the online visual platform and social media and email communications.

Born in the Pacific Northwest and now living next to the Atlantic in a picturesque seaside town on Cape Ann, I've gone from coast to coast and beyond -- from India to Southeast Asia, Africa, South America and Europe. I've always been captivated by culture, food. material and the way they combine to create a transformative experience of the world. I've spent my career capturing those experiences from behind the lens for major magazines and brands, combining light, texture and that indescribable feeling that I like to think of as authenticity to make images that I hope move the soul as much as the eye.
