Lobstar Reward Questions
You are automatically enrolled in the Weston Table Lobstar Rewards program when you create a Weston Table account or log in to an existing account. If you have not created an account yet, you may do so here. We recommend you opt-in to our emails to ensure you receive updates about your rewards and exclusive promotional offers.
When shopping on westontable.com, stars may be redeemed for dollars at checkout. Earn 1 star for every $1 spent. For every 100 stars earned, enjoy $10 off your next order of $50 or more. Rewards may not be applied to shipping and taxes. Simply use the slider at checkout to determine the number of stars you would like to redeem. You must be logged in to your account using your Weston Table Lobstar Rewards account email address to redeem points for a reward at checkout. Also, to receive any lobster tier member-specific promotions or access your tier benefits, you must be logged into your account when initiating checkout.
Get on a roll, and the rewards keep growing! Stars expire after one year of inactivity.

We are so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our rewards program. In order for you to receive your birthday reward, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday. If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30 day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you sign up. All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year. Star rewards may not be combined with other promotional codes. The good news is that you will be earning rewards on all orders, so you can save with a promotional code on one order, earn rewards, and then use those stars on the next order!
