8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years past the termination of your account.

All orders submitted to Weston Table are encrypted using TLS 1.2 or 1.3 in transit. Data is encrypted using AES at rest and sensitive data is further encrypted using AES 256 at the application level.
However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Sites is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.
10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Site. Stars may not be applied to shipping or any applicable taxes.
Trade accounts are ineligible for earning or redeeming stars.
If you would like to return an order purchased with Lobstar Rewards, our Guest Services team will provide a discounted shipping label at cost.
If you make a purchase, earn stars, use those stars on another order, and then return your original order, the value of the stars used on your subsequent order will be subtracted from your refund amount.
Weston Table reserves the right to terminate a rewards account if we believe you are violating our Terms and Conditions, engaging in reselling or fraud, or exploiting the program. If your account is terminated, you will lose any unused rewards as well as points that have not been redeemed. Weston Table reserves the right to alter or change the Lobstar Reward Program at any time without notice.
If you make a purchase on our website, we may use automated tools as part of our fraud prevention measures. This means that your purchase may be declined if your payment has been rejected by the bank or if other factors indicate that the purchase may be fraudulent. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
