Named after the rapid-fire machine gun used by the French during WWI and first served in 1915 at Harry's New York Bar, the French 75 is a gin and citrus cocktail topped with champagne. This pink version is every bit as palatable and we think even prettier. Using El Guapo Lemon Cordial instead of fresh lemon juice and simple syrup makes this a cocktail easy to have on hand. We also like the effect of an incredible handcrafted Jack Rudy Bourbon Cocktail Cherry in the glass rather than the ubiquitous lemon twist garnish. Making pitchers at a time and pouring into cherry studded glasses makes for impressive and easy entertaining.
