2 ounces Seedlip Spice 94 1 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice 1/2 ounce simple syrup 3 ounces club soda Ice Cubes Grapefruit peel, garnish


  1. Add all of the ingredients execpt the club soda and garnish to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake and strain into a glass.
  3. Top with the club soda and add fresh ice cubes to the glass.
  4. Garnish with the grapefruit peel.

Kitchen Notes

To make simple syrup mix one cup water with one part sugar. Heat until dissolved. Let cool and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Use a vegetable peeler to remove pith free strips from the grapefruit before juicing and twist before adding to the drink to release the peel's essential oils and aroma. A thinly sliced lime wheel also makes a nice garnish.
