Ingredients

  • 3 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3 medium unpeeled organic carrots, washed and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cups ice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender container.
  2. Whir on the highest setting until the fruit, carrots, and ice are incorporated and the solids are a liquid consistency.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately for greatest nutritional punch.
