1.5 ounces Privateer True American Amber Rum 2 ounces El Guapo Lime Syrup 2 dashes El Guapo Cuban Bitters 6 mint leaves, plus sprig for garnish 2 ounces champagne 1 small lime, wheelDirections
- Put the mint into a cocktail shaker. Add the El Guapo Syrup and gently bruise the mint with a muddler or wooden spoon.
- Add the rum and the bitters and fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously until the cocktail is well-chilled, about 15 to 20 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail coupe and top with the champagne.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig. Serve immediately.
