Ingredients

50 ml gin 15 ml St. Germain Liqueur 30 ml Bacanha Brut Lime Syrup 6 fresh mint leaves 1 lime, sliced for garnish Pink grapefruit tonic, chilled Lime wheel or Ruby Red grapefruit slice, garnish

Directions

  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add all of the ingredients except the lime garnish in to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a martini glass. Pour the grapefruit tonic over the top.
  5. Thread mint leaves, lime wheel or grapefruit slice through a cocktail pick to garnish.
