A reflection of mid-century American glamour, this 1940s Matson mirror tray was made in New York and designed with a romantic eye for both function and display. The oval mirrored base is framed in gilded bronze, its border a delicate tangle of blooming dogwood branches. At each end, a songbird perches in quiet repose, sculpted in detail and gently poised as though caught mid-melody. The gilding is warm, with the softened luster that only time can lend. A small hook at the back allows the tray to be hung on the wall, transforming it from a tabletop piece into a work of decorative art.Product Details
