Vintage 1860s William Souter & Sons Victorian Copper Kettle
Product Description
Made in Birmingham during the mid 19th century, this large Victorian copper kettle bears the distinctive circular monogram of William Souter and Sons. The maker’s mark and the stamped number eleven identify it as a product of one of England’s most respected 19th century coppersmiths. Crafted from heavy gauge copper with castellated seams rising along the body and circling the base, it is a testament to the precision and durability of the era’s domestic metalwork. The arched copper handle is secured with brass mounts, and the lid is finished with a finely cast acorn shaped brass finial.Product Details
