Reminiscent of the days when butlers served afternoon tea, the Arte Italica Merletto White Square Platter with Handles is all vintage charm.
Each piece of ceramic in the Merletto collection is dried and fired using a black clay delicately glazed by dipping the clay into a mixture of powdered materials and premelted glass.
Merletto is an intricate, traditional antique Italian lace pattern artisans mold into the black clay prior to applying the antique white glaze.
