La Paloma
Over the years, Restaurant La Paloma has claimed its place amongst the best of the best on the island of Ibiza.
Tucked away in Sant Llorenç de Balàfia surrounded by gorgeous orange and lemon groves, La Paloma serves up tasty and creative farm-to-table food with plenty of vegetarian options in addition to its terrific solomillo (beef steak) with balsamic and thyme. Its pale blue tables are sprinkled across a magical garden where lanterns and twinkle lights swing gently from the trees.
The charming and intimate setting pairs a bohemian but cozy décor with a cosmopolitan flair, making it a romantic’s dream destination. The Italian-based menu evolved from the chef’s own Italian family recipes that fused over the years with Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and exotic flavors that enchant the palate.
