This artisan organic rice vinegar has a smooth, slightly sweet, umami rich flavor. Unlike mass produced rice vinegar that is brewed for a shorter duration and using artificial processes, this organic rice vinegar has been naturally brewed and made with only organic rice. As a result, it is less acidic than mass produced rice vinegars, and does not need to be diluted with water as much. While the brewing process is more time-consuming, it is worth it, because the method results in a pure and distinctively mild flavor. Keep a bottle of this rice vinegar in your pantry--it will definitely come in handy.

Returned items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of the return authorization using the provided prepaid shipping label for Weston Table to process a refund. Packages sent without return authorization or a Weston Table provided shipping label will not be processed.
