Drinks
Having a bit of a moment, tequila has been known to give courage, to do the talking, and to make "her clothes fall off". This almost demur tasting cocktail veers from the margarita with its substitution of Suze for the triple sec and the addition of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur and a tiny amount of elderflower syrup to give it a coy sweetness. This cocktail, however, still has all of the inhibition taming characteristics of its classic cousin. Any bride who has downed one or two of these cocktails knows she is ready for just about anything on her wedding day, the alter or the getaway car.

- 1 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Bar Notes
Use a tequila without additives--so many tequila producers are cutting corners and adding sugar or other flavorings . We love Don Roberto Plata (silver tequila) for its pure and clean all natural tequila taste. Suze is a French brand of bitters flavored with the roots of the plant gentian that has at once bitter and sweet with a fresh taste of gentian roots and a fruity taste of orange and candied fruits. If you are unable to source, substitute a drop or two of orange bitters.
