Hand painted in Brittany, France, this mid century Quimper oyster plate expresses regional tradition and mid-century charm. The plate features six wells arranged around a central reservoir, each rimmed in classic Quimper blue and finished with delicate brushwork. Soft pink blossoms accent the wells, adding a romantic, almost pastoral detail to the composition. The plate’s shape and decoration reflect the faïence pottery style for which Quimper is renowned.
