A commercial grade seasoned cast iron grill pan for 12 shucked or on the half shell oysters. Even distribution of heat whether used on a grill or stovetop.

First, LEARN TO SHUCK! To grill oysters, slide the pan onto the grill and when piping hot, place the oysters on the half shell in the slots and grill for 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer the cast iron pan to a heat-safe surface for serving. Pass melted butter, lemon juice or prepare a grilled version of OPULENT OYSTERS WITH CHAMPAGNE TARRAGON MIGNONETTE.

Rinse the pan in hot water immediately after cooking. Scrub with a non-metal brush or steel wool if necessary. Dry immediately.
