Landry & Arcari Heirloom Hand Knotted Blue Flower Wool and Silk Rug
Product Description
This vintage Bijar rug, woven by Kurdish artisans in the late 19th to early 20th century, features a Gol Farang or "foreign flower" design. Because this rug was specifically woven for export to European markets, it is more ornate and refined than typical tribal pieces from the region. The rug has been washed and sunned to soften its tones, resulting in a one-of-a-kind color palette. Elegant, rare, and unmistakably unique, this is a true find.
