This eighteenth century kitchen relic comes from a French provincial château, where meals were prepared over a large open hearth. Hand forged from iron, the grill was designed to sit directly over hot coals with a pot resting on its grate. A long handle allowed the cook to move the grill closer to or farther from the heat, offering simple control over cooking temperature.Product Details
