A classic nineteenth century English butler's tray, crafted in a graceful oval form and fitted with silver plated handles and a raised gallery rail. Designed for service in the grand country houses of the Victorian era, trays such as this were used to carry tea services, decanters, and refreshments from room to room with ease and ceremony.
The generous scale and raised rail provided security during transport, while the silver plated handles offered a comfortable grip for household staff. Today, its elegant proportions make it equally suited to serving cocktails, displaying a collection of spirits and glassware, or anchoring a coffee table with books and treasured objects.
