The ultimate après ski cocktail, the espresso martini is the perfect mix to keep eyes open following a day of chairlifts and moguls. Drink fireside with good company and the evening will be (almost) as enjoyable as a day on the slopes. Use a premium vodka (we love Grey Goose) for a velvety smoothness. This is one time when a concentrated bottle of cold brew is better than a freshly brewed cup and a whole lot easier to pack with other mountainside provisions. This may be made in the morning and put in a pitcher in the refrigerator. Simply add ice to the shaker, pour in and serve as soon as happy hour begins. Cheers to the perfect way to end a powder filled day.
