Handmade in France, the Sabre Paris Bistro Cheese Cleaver brings substance and style to the cheese board. Inspired by the cutlery of classic French cafés, its form is at once familiar and refined. The blade is shaped for harder cheeses, with enough weight to handle aged wedges and dense blocks. The buffalo-patterned handle is crafted from high-quality resin, polished to a soft luster and secured with Sabre’s signature rivets. Special delivery orders take 3 to 5 weeks. If you would like to initiate a return, Weston Table will issue a return authorization and a return shipping label for items purchased from westontable.com within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of the return authorization using the provided prepaid shipping label for Weston Table to process a refund. Packages sent without return authorization or a Weston Table provided shipping label will not be processed.
