This vintage nineteenth century English cow painting is a small work of art with quiet strength and pastoral charm.
Painted in the mid 1800s, the rustic oil depicts cows gathered at a water trough, drinking and lifting their gaze beneath sweeping green trees, with rolling hills in the distance.
