An 1800s gate marked footed cast iron broiler for over the fire cooking. This broiler features traditional back legs that are longer than the front, which helps grease to run down the rack channels into the collection tray by the handle. Once filled, the broiler can be tilted to pour collected grease into a storage container to be used at a later time for cooking.Product Details
