This exceptional 19th century Baccarat champagne bucket reflects the artistry that established the French crystal house among the world's finest glassmakers. Its substantial scale and weight immediately distinguish the piece, while deeply etched grape clusters and trailing vine leaves celebrate the enduring connection between crystal and wine service. Large, gracefully formed handles provide both balance and presence, complementing the richly detailed vintner motif without overwhelming the design. Produced during the nineteenth century, examples of this size and quality required extraordinary skill to cut, engrave, and finish by hand.
