Sabre Paris Tableware

Usefulness and pleasure, avant-garde and tradition, and expertise and freedom drive the Sabre Paris artistic expression.
Francis Gelb founded Sabre Paris in 1993, and he continues to foster colors, patterns, and a poetry of materials into artisan objects for everyday use. The Sabre line has expanded over the last quarter century to include flatware, serving sets, oyster forks, bottle openers, and cheese, butter, and bread knives in a variety of colorways and materials. The bistro line suits a modern aesthetic, the bamboo and tortoise options offer a classic approach to tablescape cutlery, and the natural finishes of teak and olive wood compliment nearly any style.

As Gelb continues to turn his imaginative ideas into new designs, he maintains a resolute conviction for both provenance and heirloom-quality. All design and manufacturing is completed by local artisans in France. Each piece includes an expertly-designed stainless steel and alloy blade with functional use in mind. This process results in flatware and serving pieces perfect for outdoor entertaining, gifting, and adding a bit of fun to the table indoors or out.
