Hand carved in the French countryside, these olive wood serving trays begin with century old trees that have passed their fruiting seasons. Warm honeyed grain and rippling knots remain, preserving the singular character of each trunk in a form meant for the table. 

Each one carries its own markings, curves, and mineral streaks, shaped by the life of the tree and the artisan’s hand. Larger bowls are especially prized, since only the widest trunks can yield a thick, generous vessel in olive wood.
