Product Description
A small French copper saucepan with pouring spout and an ebony wooden handle marked CHM & Co CUIVRE ARGENT BTE S.G.D.G. This pot is made from a heavy gauge of copper with a silver interior (rather than tin) and would have been used for taking a sauce to the table rather than just for cooking. The lid has an acorn shaped, copper finial.
