Weston Table accepts returns on products (for a refund, minus the cost of original shipping) within 14 days of purchase. Please keep the following details in mind:
  1. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. Please contact customerservice@westontable.com to begin the return process.
  3. If an item arrives damaged, please click the Help widget on westontable.com or email customerservice@westontable.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and the label (UPS requires all of this for damaged package claims).
  4. Gift cards, custom engraved pieces, cloth face masks, pantry and perishable items are not eligible for returns.
