1880s French Majolica Lilac Pitcher
Product Description
A colorful 19th century Art Nouveau floral pitcher with scalloped edge, lilacs and green branches, and garland of leaves on a chestnut background with an elegant handle.The inside has the well known burgundy Onnaing color. Maker’s marks identify this pitcher as Onnaing blazon Fire Onnaing number 736. This pitcher is noted in the reference book of Maryse Bottero, Pichets en Barbotine.
